Enterprise VR Training
Built for Measurable Outcomes
We build custom VR training simulations for banking, transport, healthcare, and industrial clients — deployed on Meta Quest and designed for completion rates, behavioral change, and real L&D ROI, not demo-day novelty.
What We Build
VR training projects we have shipped range from gamified employee onboarding at a major bank to soft-skills VR scenarios for a UK transport operator. The common thread: every module is custom-built around a measurable learning outcome.
Corporate Onboarding VR
Gamified 3D WebGL and VR employee onboarding that replaces slide decks with interactive avatar-driven experiences. We built NBK Virtugate for the National Bank of Kuwait using this exact pattern — measurable engagement, consistent delivery across offices, and HR-facing analytics.
Soft Skills & Empathy VR
Realistic high-stress scenario simulations that train customer-facing staff in de-escalation, empathy, and communication. Our Empathy Lab project for the UK rail sector lets transport workers practice difficult passenger interactions in safe, replayable VR environments.
Industrial & HSE Training VR
Safety-first VR training for industrial and field-operations teams. Trainees practice hazardous procedures, equipment handling, and emergency protocols in environments where mistakes cost nothing — then transfer that muscle memory to the real site.
Healthcare Training VR
VR simulations for medical, clinical, and patient-facing training. Designed collaboratively with clinical teams to match real protocols and procedures, with reporting integrated back into the client's LMS.
Education & Curriculum VR
Interactive 3D and VR learning experiences for schools, universities, and training academies. Our RSA project is a 3D road safety learning portal that was adopted into the Irish national primary and secondary school curriculum.
Post-Launch Support
Lifetime technical support and optional maintenance plans on every training project we deliver. As Meta Quest firmware, Unity LTS, and enterprise device management evolve, your training stays shipping.
Case Study Spotlight
Empathy Lab — UK Rail Sector VR Training
Problem. Transport staff in the UK rail industry face high-stress, customer-facing situations daily — from aggressive passengers to medical emergencies. Classroom-based empathy training is inconsistent, hard to scale across operators, and produces limited behavioral change.
Solution. Virtual Verse Studio built a VR training platform delivered on Meta Quest that immerses transport staff in realistic replicated station scenarios. Each scenario is scripted with a specific learning outcome — de-escalating an aggressive passenger, handling a distressed vulnerable person, responding to a medical incident — and can be replayed until mastered.
Technology. Unity-built Meta Quest VR application, custom scenario authoring pipeline, and cohort-ready deployment for training rollouts across multiple operator sites.
Outcome. A VR training platform designed to produce measurable behavior change rather than rote completion — now used to prepare transport staff for the real, unpredictable situations they encounter on the network.
Our Process
Every enterprise VR training engagement follows the same five-stage process. We ship. We iterate. We stay.
1. Discovery Call
Free 30-minute scoping conversation. We understand the training outcome you need, the audience, existing LMS, device constraints, and rollout timeline. No NDA required at this stage.
2. Proposal & Scope
Within one week you receive a detailed scope, timeline, and fixed-fee or milestone-based proposal. Including device recommendations (Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, Pro, or PC VR) and LMS integration plan.
3. UX & Scenario Design
Two weeks of UX, storyboard, and scenario design work. We co-design every learning scenario with your L&D or HSE team to match real-world procedures — nothing generic.
4. Build & Review Sprints
Agile development with bi-weekly client review checkpoints. You see builds on actual hardware and can steer course without end-of-project surprises.
5. Launch & Lifetime Support
QA, rollout to training devices, analytics configuration, and lifetime technical support. As Meta Quest firmware and Unity LTS update, your training keeps working.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does enterprise VR training cost?
Custom enterprise VR training development typically falls in a mid-five-figure to mid-six-figure range depending on scope — number of scenarios, complexity of the 3D environments, LMS integrations, and device count. A single-scenario proof-of-concept can ship in 6–10 weeks; a multi-module training program with analytics integration takes 3–6 months. We scope every project fixed-fee or milestone-based so you know the cost before approving.
How long does a VR training build take?
Most enterprise VR training projects ship in 8 to 14 weeks from kickoff to first deployable build. Complex multi-scenario programs with LMS integration and custom analytics take longer. We can also deliver rapid MVPs in 4–6 weeks when a training pilot is needed for an internal business case.
Do you integrate with our existing LMS?
Yes. We support SCORM and xAPI export for most enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, Workday Learning, and others), and we can build custom API integrations when required. Training completion, score, and progress data flows back into your existing reporting stack.
What headsets do you recommend for enterprise VR rollout?
Meta Quest 3 is our default recommendation for most enterprise VR training: fully standalone, no PC required, hand-tracking, passthrough mixed reality, and straightforward MDM (Mobile Device Management) integration. Quest Pro for high-end facial expression or eye-tracking scenarios. PC VR (SteamVR) when training requires rendering fidelity a standalone headset cannot match.
Can VR training measure learning outcomes?
Yes — and this is where custom VR training wins over off-the-shelf products. We build in-scenario telemetry that tracks specific behavioral outcomes: time to decision, correct action sequences, gaze attention on critical elements, and scenario completion rate. This data exports to your LMS or analytics platform so L&D teams can measure behavior change, not just completion.
Do you provide content updates after launch?
Every project we deliver includes lifetime technical support as standard. Content updates, new scenarios, and annual refreshes are available on an optional retainer. Unity LTS upgrades, Meta Quest firmware changes, and MDM integration updates are covered so your training keeps working year after year.
