How fast does Virtual Verse Studio respond to new project enquiries?
We respond to new project enquiries within 24 business hours, and usually much faster. Most discovery calls are scheduled within 48 hours of first contact. Our core hours overlap comfortably with Europe, MENA, and US East Coast time zones.
What should I prepare before the first call?
Bring whatever you already have — a one-pager, a slide, a rough sketch, or just a conversation. We do not need a full RFP. For the first call we want to understand the outcome you need, your audience, your target platform, your rough timeline, and your rough budget. If you have internal stakeholders, technical constraints, or existing brand/IP assets we should know about, mention them upfront.
Do you work with startups, agencies, or only enterprise clients?
All three. Our client mix includes Fortune-listed banks (National Bank of Kuwait), national governments and regulators (Road Safety Authority Ireland), top-50 museums (ArtScience Museum Singapore), rail operators (UK Rail via Empathy Lab), and early-stage startups (Immersive Exposure, Work Spatial, WindUp). Do you sign NDAs, and under whose paperwork?
Discovery calls are confidential by default and do not require an NDA. For deeper scoping involving IP, proprietary data, or regulated industries, we sign mutual NDAs — either under your standard template or ours, whichever is faster for your legal team. Typical turnaround on an NDA is 24–48 hours.
What if I am not sure yet what I want to build?
That is usually the best time to talk. A discovery call is free and non-committal. We will help you map the problem space, identify the right XR modality (VR, AR, WebGL, mobile, Vision Pro), and reality-check the business case. If we do not think immersive tech is the right answer, we will tell you so.
