Stack · the full immersive stack

Every capability under one studio

From browser-based 3D to standalone VR, spatial computing, and the production pipeline that supports them — designed, built, and maintained end to end.

Virtual reality (VR)

Custom VR simulations for training, onboarding, events, education, and entertainment — Meta Quest 2, 3, Pro, and PC VR in Unity and Unreal.

Augmented reality (AR)

Location- and marker-based AR for learning, sales, and brand activations — product visualization, social filters, and apps on ARKit and ARCore.

WebGL experiences

High-performance 3D in the browser with no downloads — enterprise onboarding platforms, product demos, and brand experiences in Unity WebGL.

Metaverse development

Interactive virtual spaces for community, commerce, and persistent worlds — multiplayer systems, real-time avatars, and social experiences.

Mixed reality (MR)

Real-world and digital elements blended through spatial computing for industrial training and enterprise — HoloLens and passthrough headsets.

Apple Vision Pro

Native spatial experiences on visionOS with RealityKit and SwiftUI — human-centered apps for Apple’s spatial computing platform.

Web3 & digital platforms

Immersive systems with blockchain integration, digital ownership, and NFT-based environments — the infrastructure for decentralized spaces.

3D modeling & animation

Custom 3D assets, character rigging, and animation optimized for Unity and Unreal — plus cinematic pipelines and product visualization.

Maintenance & support

Lifetime technical support and optional maintenance on every project — we stay engaged after launch so your experience keeps performing.

Process · how we work

A five-stage process, refined over 50+ projects

The same path for every engagement, across seven countries. Fixed-fee or milestone-based — shipping code, not slide decks.

  1. Discovery call

A free 30-minute scoping conversation. We understand the outcome you need, your audience, technical constraints, timeline, and budget. No NDA required to start.

  2. Scope & proposal

A detailed proposal within one week — fixed-fee or milestone-based — including platform choice, tech stack, risk assessment, and a realistic delivery timeline.

  3. UX & prototyping

Wireframes, storyboards, and a navigable prototype on your target device in 2–3 weeks. You validate the direction before the build commits.

  4. Build & review sprints

Agile bi-weekly sprints with reviewable builds every two weeks. You see the product on real hardware throughout — no end-of-project surprises.

  5. Launch & lifetime support

QA, store submission (Meta Quest, App Store, Steam), deployment, and lifetime technical support on every project. Maintenance retainers optional.

FAQ · questions

What XR buyers ask us

Pricing, timelines, IP, NDAs, and how we embed — the practical answers before a scoping call.

What does an XR development studio do?
An XR (Extended Reality) development studio like Virtual Verse Studio designs and engineers software for virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality platforms. For enterprise buyers, that means custom training simulations and internal tools; for brands, it means immersive marketing and retail experiences; for startups, it means full-stack technical partnership to ship an MVP on Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, iOS/Android AR, or in the browser via WebGL. We handle concept, UX, 3D art, engineering, QA, store submission, and lifetime support.
How do you price XR projects?
We scope every project as either a fixed-fee engagement or a milestone-based contract. Typical enterprise XR pilots start in the mid-five-figure range; full productions with multiplayer, backend integration, or App Store publication are mid-six-figure. We always deliver a detailed proposal with clear deliverables before any work begins — no hourly billing surprises.
What’s the typical project timeline?
Rapid prototypes: 4–6 weeks. MVPs and mid-scope applications: 8–14 weeks. Full enterprise productions: 3–6 months. Multi-phase platforms evolve over 6–12 months with continuous delivery sprints.
Can you work as an embedded team inside our pipeline?
Yes. We do this today as an embedded Unity XR and game development partner for Cubicle Ninjas, and as Nova Slides’ dedicated 3D and immersive content team. Under NDA, we integrate directly into your version control, project management, and communication stack — operating as a seamless extension of your in-house team.
Who owns the IP of the code and assets you build?
You do. All custom code, 3D assets, and creative output produced during an engagement transfer to you on final acceptance, per a standard work-for-hire clause in our contracts. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless an NDA restricts it. Pre-existing internal tooling and third-party libraries remain under their own licenses.
Where are your clients based, and where do you work?
Virtual Verse Studio is a Delaware LLC with its operational base in Cairo, Egypt. We deliver to clients globally — our shipped projects include the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. We work in English, and our core hours overlap comfortably with Europe, MENA, and the US East Coast.
Do you sign NDAs before scoping discussions?
Discovery calls are confidential by default and do not require an NDA. For projects involving protected IP, proprietary datasets, or regulated industries we sign mutual NDAs before detailed scoping. We can work under your paperwork or provide our template — whichever is faster for your legal team.
