What we build

From still renders to living spaces

Real-time 3D walkthroughs

Fully furnished spaces rendered live in the browser at interactive frame rates — guided routes for first viewings, free roam for returning buyers. A link is the showroom.

VR property tours

The same walkthrough in full immersion — tested on Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro and Pico via WebXR. One URL serves every headset and every laptop.

Material & finish configurators

Floors, walls, kitchens and furniture swapped live. A client meeting becomes a design session: compare options in seconds instead of commissioning new renders.

Lighting studies & moods

Sunset, night, and daylight states switched in real time — the same space, every atmosphere, one tap. Buyers see the evening light they’re actually paying for.

Virtual showrooms & sales suites

Sales-office installations and web showrooms for developments — from touch-screen kiosks to headset stations, driven by one maintained build.

Design review at full scale

Walk unbuilt spaces at 1:1 on Apple Vision Pro and Quest — catch the low beam and the tight corridor before they’re poured in concrete.

Traditional architectural visualization freezes every decision into a render. Each material change, each alternative lighting mood is another billable render cycle — so options go unexplored and buyers sign off on guesses. We build archviz that runs in real time instead: interactive 3D walkthroughs where clients move through the space at their own pace, swap finishes with a tap, and see the same room at sunset and at night — in the browser, from a link, with nothing to install.

And when the conversation is serious, the same build steps into full VR. Our ArchViz Walkthrough runs on Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro and Pico from a single WebXR build — scale, sightlines and flow communicated the only way they truly can be: by standing in the space.

Who this is for

  • Property developerssell off-plan with a walkthrough buyers can open on their phone and revisit in a sales-office headset — the listing becomes an experience.
  • Architects & interior studiosclient sign-off with materials and lighting explored live in the meeting, not re-rendered overnight. Fewer cycles, faster decisions.
  • Real estate marketingvirtual tours and showrooms that share as a plain URL — no app, no download, no appointment needed for a first viewing.
  • Furniture & fit-out brandsshowrooms and configurators where customers walk the room and restyle it — the bridge between catalogue and purchase.

Book a free 30-minute scoping call with your plans, CAD or 3D model. We’ll tell you honestly what a real-time walkthrough of your space takes — timeline, budget range, and which devices it should target.

Our flagship real-time walkthrough

ArchViz Walkthrough

A loft you can walk, restyle and relight

Our flagship real-time visualization: a fully furnished loft that runs in any browser — swap wall, floor and furniture materials live, flip the whole scene between sunset and night, switch between guided and free-roam cameras. Then put on a headset: the identical build runs in full VR, tested on Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro and Pico. No render farm, no installer — the showroom is a link.

Open the link, change the floor, dim the sun, put on the headset.

How we work

From your model to a living walkthrough

  1. Discovery call

A free 30-minute call around your plans or model, the audience (buyers, clients, investors), and the devices the walkthrough should reach.

  2. Model intake & optimization

We take Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender or glTF/CAD exports and rebuild them as real-time-ready assets — clean geometry, PBR materials, baked and dynamic lighting.

  3. Prototype walkthrough

One navigable room in 1–2 weeks — real lighting, real materials, on your own devices — before we commit to the full space.

  4. Build & review sprints

Bi-weekly staging builds: walkthrough routes, configurator options and lighting moods reviewed in the browser and on headsets as they land.

  5. Launch & support

Web deployment (or kiosk/sales-suite installation), analytics on what visitors explore, and lifetime technical support as devices evolve.

FAQ · questions

What XR buyers ask us

How is real-time archviz different from static renders?
A static render is one frozen decision per image; a real-time walkthrough is every decision, explorable. Materials, lighting and camera are live, so a change that would cost another render cycle happens in the meeting, instantly. Stills still have their place — we can export marketing renders from the same scene — but the walkthrough is what sells the space.
What files can you work from?
Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino and most CAD/BIM exports, as well as glTF/FBX/OBJ. We rebuild and optimize the geometry and materials for real-time performance — your source model stays untouched, and you don’t need to prepare anything special before the first call.
Which VR headsets does it support?
Our walkthroughs run in full VR on Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro and Pico — from a single WebXR build, with our flagship demo tested on all three. The same URL also works on any laptop, tablet or phone, so VR is an upgrade, never a requirement.
Do buyers need to install anything?
No. The walkthrough opens in the browser from a plain link — on a phone in a WhatsApp chat, on a laptop in an email, or in a headset browser at the sales office. That zero-install delivery is the core of why we build archviz web-native.
How much does an interactive walkthrough cost?
A single furnished space with material options and two lighting moods typically lands in the mid five figures. Multi-unit developments, full sales-suite installations and heavily customized configurators scope higher. Fixed-fee or milestone-based, with a working prototype room before you commit to the full build.
How long does it take?
A prototype room ships in 1–2 weeks from receiving your model. A complete single-residence walkthrough typically takes 4–8 weeks; larger developments and sales suites 2–4 months. Timeline firms up at the scoping call once we see the model complexity.
