Do you sign NDAs and ghost-credit the work?
NDA by default. We sign your NDA before any scoping conversation and never publicly claim white-label work in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing. Our embedded relationship with Cubicle Ninjas runs under NDA and our work for Nova Slides ships entirely under their brand — proof that we keep the credit, and the confidentiality, where you need it.
Can you embed in our existing Unity codebase and tools?
Yes. We integrate into your version control (Git, Perforce, or Plastic SCM), your project management (Jira, Linear, or your board), and your comms (Slack, Teams, or email) so we operate as part of your team rather than a black-box vendor. An embedded team gives you a dedicated, ongoing XR pod — the model we run for Nova Slides as their 3D and immersive content team. Full sub-delivery hands us a scoped brief and we deliver the finished build white-labeled under your brand. Many agencies start with overflow capacity and grow into a standing embedded relationship.
Who owns the IP?
You do. We work for hire — all source code, assets, and deliverables are assigned to you (or your end client) on payment, with clean IP transfer written into the agreement. We retain no rights and reuse nothing across engagements. Combined with NDA-first ghost-credit, that means the work is unambiguously yours to own, ship, and claim.
How fast can you ramp a developer onto our project?
Because our specialists are in-house and senior, we can typically ramp an engineer onto your project within days, not weeks.
