How do I use MapVerse in my car?
Connect your iPhone to a car with Apple CarPlay (cable or wireless) and tap the MapVerse icon on the car's screen. Search, Places and your chosen map world are all there. Navigation in CarPlay is free.
MapVerse doesn’t show my location.
Open your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → MapVerse and choose “While Using the App” with Precise Location on.
I can’t hear the voice directions.
Check that Voice guidance is on in MapVerse → Settings, that the speaker button on the driving screen isn't muted, and turn up the volume while a direction is being spoken. In CarPlay, the speaker button is on the map.
How do I change the map world?
Tap the palette button on the map. In CarPlay, tap the palette in the top bar to switch between the worlds you have unlocked.
How do I restore or cancel MapVerse Pro?
To restore on a new iPhone: MapVerse → Settings → Restore purchases. To cancel a subscription: your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MapVerse. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A road or place on the map is wrong.
Map data comes from OpenStreetMap, which anyone can improve at openstreetmap.org/fixthemap. Fixes appear in MapVerse after the next map update. Always follow road signs over the app.
Drive safely
Set your destination before you drive and keep your eyes on the road. Traffic laws and road signs always come first.
