Overview

ArchViz Walkthrough is a real-time architectural visualization of a loft apartment that runs entirely in the browser — our studio demo of what property marketing looks like when the renders are alive. Buyers and clients walk the space at their own pace, change finishes with a tap, see the apartment at sunset and at night, and — the part that changes the conversation — step into the same scene in full VR on whatever headset they own.

No render farm, no 40-GB installer, no “viewing available on request”. A link is the showroom.

The Challenge

Traditional architectural visualization has three expensive problems this demo set out to remove:

  • Static renders are frozen decisions. Every material change, every alternative lighting mood is another billable render cycle — so options go unexplored and clients sign off on guesses.
  • Flat images cannot communicate space. Scale, sightlines and flow — the things people actually buy — only read when you move through a room.
  • VR property tours usually mean one platform, one app store, one headset model. Real buyers own Quests, Vision Pros and Picos — a tour that excludes any of them excludes buyers.
