UPTIME has no sign-up and never asks for your name or email. Almost everything it knows is stored on your own phone, and you can delete all of it yourself, at any time, with no request needed.
Your leaderboard account and times
If you joined the online leaderboards, the game created an anonymous player account for you, holding your display name and your posted times. To delete it:
- Open the game and go to the Leaderboards screen.
- Tap Leave the leaderboards, then tap again to confirm.
This removes your times from every board and permanently deletes the anonymous account they were posted under, straight away. Nothing is kept.
Your progress on the device
Open Settings and tap Reset Save, then tap again to confirm: your progress on that phone is erased. Uninstalling the game deletes everything it stored. Items you bought are not lost: Restore purchases in Settings gets them back from Google Play or the App Store.

If you can no longer open the game, or want us to delete anything else, email support@virtualverse.studio with the subject “UPTIME data deletion”. If you joined the leaderboards, include your display name so we can find your entries. We act on requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
Information our ad partners hold is theirs to delete under their own policies; the privacy policy lists them and the controls you have.
