Zombie Mango has no accounts. There is nothing to sign into and nothing to close. We hold no name, no email address and no profile for you — only anonymous gameplay events keyed to a random identifier that was generated on your device. This page explains how to erase both.
Delete everything, right now, yourself
This is the fastest and most complete option, and it needs no request and no waiting:
- Open Zombie Mango and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Tap RESET, then confirm.
This erases the entire save on your device — all progress, currency, items and purchases — including the random identifier that anonymous analytics are attached to. Once that identifier is gone, nothing recorded under it can be connected to you or to anything you do afterwards, and a fresh identifier is generated the next time you play.
Deleting the app from your device has the same effect on the local save. Note that purchases restored through Apple or Google are held by the store, not by us — see the terms.
Ask us to delete analytics already collected
If you also want anonymous events that were already sent removed from our analytics provider, email support@virtualverse.studio with the subject “Zombie Mango — data deletion request”.
Because we hold no name or account, the random installation identifier is the only thing we can search by. Email us before you reset or uninstall — once the identifier is gone from your device there is no way for either of us to find the records it was attached to. If you are not sure how to obtain it, say so in your email and we will walk you through it.
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. There is no charge, and we will not ask you to justify the request.

Stop collection instead of deleting
If you would rather we simply stopped collecting, you do not need to delete anything. In Settings → Privacy & Legal, turn off Share usage data. Reporting stops immediately and anything not yet sent is discarded. Personalised ads is a separate switch in the same place.
